How to Make Your Dreams Come True Faster

Manifesting requires ENERGY. Energy is vibration and frequency. The stronger your energy, the stronger your vibration. When you vibration is strong, you are like a huge magnet. I find that there are two ways to generate strong energies. The first way is to have a strong body. When you have a strong body, it can hold a stronger vibration for longer periods of time. Managing your energy is more important than managing your time when it comes to getting the things you intend.Are you spending your time worrying? afraid? frustrated? or are you able to let go of these unproductive ways of spending your energy and just get on with life? Not that there’s anything wrong with having feelings – its just that if you spend a lot of energy frustrated over things that don’t go your way, you are wasting your valuable energy to attract the things you want. Learn to “let go, let God”. Understand that you cannot control everything in your circumstances and instead use your energy wisely focused on your intention – your goals.

The second way to generate a strong vibration is to have a lot of passion. Even in a person with a weak or sick body, a strong focus and passion can often vibrate that person beyond the usual limits of his or her body. So be passionate and focused for what you want.

The other way top manage your energy I’d like to touch on is being “present”. What that means is having your energy circuits in “real-time” not in the past and not in the future. Being present is not easy for many of us and certainly not me. One of the ways we aren’t “present” is having emotional and belief obstacles from our past conditioning and experiences. The next two tele-workshops are focused heavily on identifying blocks and obstacles and removing them so we can get your energy in the “present”.

Do You Deserve A Wonderful Love Partner?

I was on a coaching call with one of my new clients last week. She had recently come to the realization that she never felt deserving of a happy love life – that she never really felt good enough. I understand where she was coming from because that has been my issue since childhood. I struggle with that all the time, but the good news is that with the personal growth work I’m doing, the “not good enough” story is loosening its grip on me.

And for this new client, she told me that after reading the first couple of chapters of my eBook, Creating Your Fairytale Love Life – Harness the law of attraction to manifest your dream partner, she realized that all these years of being in unhappy relationships, her STORY had been that all the good men were already taken. Thus she kept manifesting relationships with unavailable (married) men!

She now understands that she could either stick to her story and NOT get what she wants (a happy relationship with a wonderful man) or change her story in order to manifest her dream partner. I give her a lot of credit for admitting her non-supportive story and choosing a supportive one instead – “there are plenty of wonderful AVAILABLE men out there to choose from!”

So what’s your story been? i.e. the story that you’ve been telling yourself that has prevented you from manifesting your dream partner. Is it someone else’s fault? Do you believe you aren’t good enough or deserving enough? Are all the good one’s taken? Whatever your story is, it’s gotten you this far. If you haven’t arrived at creating your dream partner, maybe you ought to consider changing your story because it may not be serving you.

Shifting from victimhood to empowerment in our lives is a necessary step in manifesting what you want in your life. You have so much power. Harness the law of attraction by choosing those beliefs that serve you and letting go of the ones that do not. Your life will never be the same!

Law of Attraction is NOT Positive Thinking!

After watching The Secret, many people mistakenly believed that the message was to “think positive”. I am in disagreement, however. I’ve done “thinking positive” for decades of my life but harnessing the law of attraction to manifest your desired reality is WAY BEYOND thinking positive. It is closer to “positive being”. But even that statement is inaccurate. You don’t just think positive. You CREATE your reality from scratch! So it isn’t about being positive about finding your dream partner, but about CREATING that person from scratch!

I was just listening to the Divine Matrix audio book by Gregg Braden and he talks about how some of his friends who were diagnosed with terminal cancer did not understand how to (at least in his perception) to manifest the healing they were desiring. He said that the difference between their belief that their illness will be healed (positive thinking or belief) vs. being healed is that in the former scenario, they were acting from a place of expectation and attachment to the healing taking place when they wanted it to (and noticing that it hadn’t happened yet) as opposed to living from the place of ALREADY HAVING BEEN HEALED.

What does that mean – ‘living from the place of already having been healed”? It means living in the EMOTIONAL state of already having what you’ve asked for. Braden tells us that it is our emotional state that determines the vibration of our “particles” (molecules we’re made up of) – the longer we stay in the EMOTIONAL state of having already received, the easier it is to manifest what we desire. So what emotional state are you in most of the time?

Furthermore, the state of ATTACHMENT to where, when and how our reality SHOULD manifest actually prevents us from achieving or manifesting our intentions. When we can practice embodying our NEW reality (Chapter 3 in Creating Your Fairytale Love Life eBook) with every molecule of our being, we begin to attract all those things we want – the attractant being the vibration of love and compassion.

Curiously, once we start mastering our vibration (as compassion, as the Tibetan monks would teach us to) and our ability to manifest becomes effortless, we actually become more and more unattached to achieve a certain end-point or goal! It doesn’t really matter to us anymore. In other words, we become enamoured with “what is”.

I had an amazing experience last week at my Train the Trainer event. The intention (wish) I set was easily manifested and THEN SOME! See what happened is this: I set an intention to be teaching my law of attraction in love material on the stage of one of my guru teachers by the end of this year. It was a lofty intention and I had no idea how I was going to accomplish it. But here’s the trick. I took it one day at a time and followed through on the next small step. After completing that, I followed through on the next small step after that, etc.

And I do this with as much “unattachment” as possible. I know. It isn’t easy to be unattached. But I’m getting better at “letting go” of having to control the outcome of everything. My perception is that with every intention I set and work towards, the faster my manifesting seems to happen. Miraculous really, according to those close to me. And that puts be easily in a state of gratitude and appreciation – great vibrations to attract more of the same.

I want the same for you. My business coach, Keith Leon, author of Who Do You Think You Are? has been pivotal for me, guiding me towards the next step. The “next step” takes work, of course, and it means expanding my comfort zone and growing myself into the new reality I am creating. I highly recommend that you get your own coach. It doesn’t have to be me. I’m a relationship coach and I love doing it, but find yourself someone who you resonate with and get some support. It makes a huge difference!

Practice, Practice, Practice…Until It Becomes HABIT

I had the most amazing week last week at Train the Trainer – an intense five day course on how to be a top trainer/speaker. My business and life coach had guided me to make the intention (my wish) to be on stage in front of everyone getting coaching by the expert. Although I was scared, I knew that if I wanted to help more people, I needed coaching on stage.So I set the intention. What was really AWESOME was that out of 270 people, the expert picked ME! My intention, having been set days before, helped me manifest my wish easily and quickly. Day after day went by and each day became a miracle. I felt like I was in a dream. I can’t tell you just yet what my BIG wish is for this year (aside from the GOLD medal win at nationals), because I have a contract not to reveal it. But when the time comes, I will let you know.

All I can say is that if I can manifest my dreams, you can too. How? Practice, practice, practice. Practice making intentions and working towards them. Will you always succeed? No. But the practice of intentioning an outcome and then receiving the outcome creates a vibration that, when practiced over and over again, stay with you longer…until it becomes your dominant vibration. When you go for your dreams, no matter what, and ACT AS IF (see Chapter 4 in Creating Your Fairytale Love Life), you will create the habit that the Universe has no choice but to act on your behalf. Why? Because you show the Universe you follow through on your intentions.

Even though I intentioned to be on that stage in front of everyone, was I scared? YES! I was afraid of making the mistakes that I knew I would invariably make in front of everyone, but yet, I didn’t even think twice about raising my hand. I just trusted that the Universe (and my coach) knew what I needed to do to grow big enough to fit into what I’m trying to accomplish later this year. So the practice becomes the practice of STRETCHING yourself outside your comfort zone.
